This was a small gift my wife and kids got me. Wife knows I'm always looking for my cap with the built in lights in the bill. I'm always leaving it somewhere. LOL So these will help. Especially in the winter. Push button once, 4 LEDs come on. Again, 6 more come on and they get real bright, again and it flashes off and on.
I have several of these laying around since I can never remember where I put them last. They are one of the best tools I have. They are great for everything from working on truck to working on the house. Just a quick warning, don't look in mirror with them on
Everyone should have these. Love them. Several in each of your cars. A couple in your go bag. A couple in your emergency weather kit. etc..... Jason from RI
SIL got me going with the headlight thing. What a dif having light follow what you're looking at in the pitch dark. And, hands off too...
GF got me one several years ago for hunting. Makes getting a climbing stand hooked up in the dark so much less frustrating. Mine sits on the counter and goes to the woodpile/trailer all the time
If I'm wearing pants, I have a flashlight(olight s20) in my pocket. I will not go without one now. My light gets a lot more use than my knife for sure. This one has a magnet in the tail cap as well as a pocket clip that allows you to clip it to a hat facing forward.
cory@owen those are sweet! I've always used the headlights but recently have been carrying around a small tac flashlight but it doesn't have a magnet like that! Gonna have to grab one of those
I have 4 of these buggers and use one of them almost every day. If I need a flashlight for anything I reach for one of my headlamps Some are better for different tasks but the one I like the best is the, Husky High Definition Cree warm white headlamp, cost 20 bucks, not a spotlight , it spreads the beem out like about 5ft. I have had it about 5 years now It is not a blue light like most LEDs are It's an ordinary headlamp with a wide spread lens, but the VERY SPECIAL thing is that it's WARM WHITE that looks like an incandescent. It doesn't even look like an LED light at the first sight. The only bad thing about it is it eats up batteries faster than any of the others. one of these days I will go and spend a little more money and get a headlamp with an external battery pack
I honestly don't know how I survived without my xenon headlamp now that I have several of them. They are one of my most commonly used items......I believe I use my headlight more than I use toilet paper or even clothing for that matter .....hahaha.....
I've had several over the years and found them very useful. Finally shelled out for the Surefire version and some rechargeable 123 lithiums. It is awesome- I was out splitting with the Fiskars after dark last week and no problem at all!
We have headlamps EVERYWHERE. Such a great thing to keep around and there are so many times they come in handy. I especially love them for camping and I use them at work all the time fixing pellet stoves etc. Keeps the flashlight out of my mouth lol Princeton Tec's are my favorite, I have one that I've been using for 6+ years now and it just keeps going.
I was thinking of buying this on ebay, what do you guys think? I could use it to see in the dark and light the stove.
