Up until last night the stove was doing just fine keeping up with things on heat range 2 but when the temps have trouble getting to the 20 degree mark for a couple of days and into the singles for a low it is time to really clean the heat exchanger and shift into heat range 3 which produces about twice the heat as 2 does. Heat range 3 will be fine until the temps get well below zero.

A very cold front moving in a few days. Gotta get the Fahrenheit together and fired up. I was hoping my floor would be tiled by now but I'll do it in the spring time. I've put my air exchanger on a timer so it's not robbing all my heat which my Harman is struggling to produce (cellar dweller it is). Gotta go, gotta get to work after my coffee. Everyone have a safe & prosperous New Year.

Me too but I went a little crazy last night lol. Me and the lady split a 1/5th of Jim Beam, I drank a 6 pack of Hopnosh, and had about 8 shots (I think, that was the night cap lol) of Fireball. I slept like a BABY

Hate it when the wind wrecks the flag or pole. I'm putting out a new one because mine is fray and faded . I always hunt around for a flag that is sewn, not printed. And is made in the USA.

Ok I have it bad I have a confession to make. In October when the truck showed up to deliver pellets, they had torn 3 bags, and pellets were all over the trailer. I asked the guy what he was going to do with them, and he said sweep them in the trash. I asked him if he minded me sweeping them off the trailer and keeping them. He said not a problem, and few minutes later, I had some full buckets of pellets. I forgot about them until tonight, so in the hopper they went. I bet that guy thought I was a cheap skate, but I could not stand seeing free fuel getting thrown away.:)

Haha, I actually pick them up off my floor by hand and put them in the hopper when I have an "oopsie" moment so don't feel bad....

Havnt had alcohol in a loong time but I do remember waking up and thinking: damm that last shot at 3AM sounded good at the time...now not so much

I feel great today, even moved a 60 bag pallet of pellets to the basement from the garage and then picked up Teresa's youngest daughter to go see Annie. Good start to the new year

Posted over on the Bullchitting thread as well.

If you have a chance and the time, Revelations:End of Days on History Channel was a rather intense story of the Rapture to Armageddon starting in 2016. I am not very religious but the way this was laid out, it makes you think.

The only problem you might encounter is things other than pellets being in the sweep ups. If y0u screen or sift them, you should have free heat. If not, it may not be free at all should you get a rock or nail in the system.
