The yard I cut the tree in yesterday is just down the street. The guy is a buddy and has another one that needs to go but he wants the yard frozen solid, his old tractor was pretty hard on his grass yesterday. He had both of the Maples trimmed down to just the trunk last summer, it makes for some fast firewood. If the numbskull would leave his tractor parked I think I could have that tree outta' there in short order..
Me thinks that maybe he swilled too many cold frosties last nite!! LOL..
You guys have a good one today. Be safe. Peace.

If you drink out in the cold weather you might just kill it all together

It's part of the job, days off in the middle of the week. It sucks after 25 years of the same thing.

Hope all is well... Been a busy week here and today we finally have weather cold enough to burn. 15f tonight and I've got a full load of black locust in the stove. Hoping she doesn't go thermonuclear on me ;)

As expected.... Full load of BL + temps in the teens = thermonuclear meltdown.

Cat temp hit 1750F. I've got the bypass open now to dump heat before anything starts glowing :(
