Headed out today to try out the 51. No snow on the ground - unreal. Grabbed the 51 and my PS-510 and headed to pick up a small load. When I was filling the 51 with gas, noticed a gas leak at the tank vent - same issue happened on my 50 - will have to get a new vent soon. Left the house with my two saws and forgot all my tools. I tuned the 51 after the muff mod, but unfortunately it was running pretty rich when I started to cut and didn't have my screwdriver to tune. Cut about 1/8 of a cord and called it good - wanted to retune. She all tuned up now and heading back out tomorrow to try her out again + have to take a hemlock down for a neighbor tomorrow. Yes - tank vent super easy to replace - need to do it or it leaks pretty good with a full tank or on the side to fell a tree. The tune was easy too - thought I had her dialed in nicely, but.....obviously not! Cheers!
