    Your WIFE and PARENTS clearly love you! How long until you can get that mofo ported and unleash it's full potential. Seriously, my 461 was absolutely, frickin' awesome in stock form, plenty enough for 95% of my needs. If it works for you, don't change a thing!!!!! You can run 50:1 and will get great fuel economy in stock configuration. I got a serious Jones for a bigger saw (for no practical reason other than to have a ridiculously powered saw), and I decided that porting my 461 was cheaper than picking up a 6661CM. Best wishes on your new Christmas present. It will definitely give you many, many, many years of excellent service without ever giving you grief.:thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

    ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best big (but not too big) saw, without being overly technical, saw on the market. You absolutely can't go wrong with that saw East of the Mississippi. P.S. you're only about 80 miles from me, so if you ever want to get together and run saws, just let me know. I'd be happy to get together with you. I have a Masterminded 461 and stock MS361 and MS261CM that you are welcome to play with.

    Meh! The cost of a MS461 is quickly used up when buying girly stuff for the wife. Shouldn't have any problem spending that much on her in short order. Of course, we will be very interested to hear what you spent $1200+ on for "her" so we can continue to justify our CAD to our significant others.
