It was 37 degrees here in Minnesota with no snow for Christmas eve. So, I fired up the Weber and made ribs for supper. Nothing like it. I cannot remember this mild of a Christmas eve here in Minnesota for all of my 34 years living here. Merry Christmas to all.
Sounds good, I'm amazed at how ridiculously mild and "snowless" the entire northeast has been all month. It has been drizzly, mild and foggy here for nearly a week, was 50° overnight Christmas Eve and only dropped down to 38° last night. Unreal. I almost left the fire go completely out for Christmas Eve the entire day yesterday. I've only burned around 1.5 cord this entire heating season which is unreal...I'm usually through 3 or more by now , having two stoves in the house. But I've only burned both stoves for a total of 2 weeks so far. So much for a harsh winter like we had predicted to us! I don't see any real winter weather anywhere in sight in the long-term forecast!
