leftovers omelet

    Had a piece of ribeye leftover, figured I'd whip up an omelet, one pepper left from the garden and a fresh green onion, topped with homemade salsa from the garden and some cheese

    ahh yes, the "fridge purge omelet" ive been known to tear the toppings off leftover pizza for that one.

    have done it with leftover taco meat as well topped with tomatillo salsa (really good)
