    I have read that about 5 times and can relate, have seen it first hand. One of the things we say about the company I work for is the only thing that is constant, is change. I generally roll well with change, some don't.

    I believe I stumbled across that quote when an older guy (from Jersey, accent and attitude) always used the line, "I've been doing this for 30 years." He was a terrible mechanic and had no intention of ever listening to anyone his junior. Stubborn as a mule. We finally figured out that he had 1 year of experience 30 times over! If ever a vehicle came in missing fasteners, you would go to his tool box and there they would be!
