WOW Would love to have a few of those to split Fun, nice straight grained, good stackers, & great BTUs Must have been heavy to move around ?
My favorite firewood right there! I've done dozens upon dozens of rounds that size and bigger this summer and fall.... Boy, I bet bogydave would like some of that oak!!
This is one of the only places on the entire planet where one man can say a statement like that to another man and get away with it....lol... You gotta admit that's funny.... Thanks, buddy.......
Yes, I'd like to see that!! Most I've ever got from one round was around 65-70 splits (yes, ONE ROUND). The rounds in the pic I posted yielded between 25-40 splits each (the stump being the 40). My splits are usually in the 4x4 to 5x5 range on average....
Yea, I get a 20" birch & think I've scored big time. About my biggest: Some oak that big . OH BABY, I savor it for a while
I had some white ash about that size. Had a 20 inch bar had to go down one side then down the other was glad ta get them done
Big oak and no hydraulics. Having a splitter must be fun. I didn't have the 660 then, was a lot of work for the 441.
Warch out R B. There is a man in black behind the grassy nole sp? He is conspiring to take you out then take your rounds.
