    I don't miss the bottling days. All corny kegs for me. Cleaning, bottling sugar, filling, capping, waiting for carb, hoping they don't explode, yuk. I can go brew to belly in 10 days for a pale ale style now.

    A friend of mine homebrews, I need to pick up a Russian Imperial Stout starter kit so he can brew it for me. This was the first beer I've drank at room temperature.

    I actually enjoy the process of bottling it's fun for me and I don't find it to be hard at all. I also do keg every now and then but I always return to bottling I enjoy the entire process.

    Yum, that looks tasty. Since you bottled it on MY BIRTHDAY (the 5th), I would expect a bottle to show up at my door!! :D
