Well, it says it's for an 8-foot BOX truck, so I'm guessing that's the interior height (or width) of the box truck? Some people call them a cube truck.
I think hes referring to an 8ft pickup bed. Lots of people use the term "box", short box, long box, etc
Around here, this is what we call a box truck. I guess one of us should contact the seller for clarification.
Looks like its the buyers own truck full? Manitoba Maple is campfire wood at best. 'Cut this summer and split Manitoba maple firewood for sale $200.00 8 ft box truck load No delivery price not negotiable' Looks like he 'might' loan the buyer his wheelborrow to fill the truck which is probably gonna havta be parked out front.
No reply to my entirely reasonable questions, and he pulled the ad. Oh, well. Here's the message I sent him yesterday: When you state "box truck," are you talking about a standard 8-foot-bed pickup? If so, would that be a heaping load, or a level load?
Funny thread! The language was definitely unclear. The term box truck is what Claremoron posted in the pick. I know we talk about pickups as having a box also known as being the bed. We could also consider a stake body as being the truck in question BUT, we may never know. It's a mystery.
