woods ported 084 - 3120 race muffler

Al Smith running my woods ported 084 at about 1min 24seconds in for the first time racing it. Me and my Helsel built race muffler 3120 at about 1min 32seconds in.

That woods ported 084 was sold to a guy running 50" plus bar ripping hardwoods.

Would that happen to be the Maple Festival In Chardon ?

 

Yes. There is a part 1 to 2010 and a finals also. Thinking that above was part 2.

 

You know I have lived 10 minutes from Chardon my whole life right ? Im up there watching those saws most every year !! Good times !

 

Finals 2010 I made top 6 for final but left before Sunday finals. Prelims are on Sat in video 1 and 2.

Did you ever come over and talk to folks running the saws or do you just seat in the stands?

I'm about 2hrs 10mins away

 

I usually just sit in the stands ! Too shy i guess

 

If you havent noticed Stihl Timbersports Champ Matt Cogar is there in video when he started out. I was impressed watching him learn 07 and up there. Also other STS competitors are there. The video's are made by Mike Eash STS. Jerry Gingras STS and sure others I am forgetting. Paul Coger STS too Matt's dad.
