This is an Intetnet forum. You get derailed and topic creep all the time. Sure we hate it but you learn to live with it. Watch this, beer!!:drunk:

    Were pretty good here though.

    That is the thread title..

Whether on the ground or in the tree? People use them. . Lots of people.

If it was Husq 540? It would have been completely different.

I was wondering what happened to Nate. I almost posted a thread about "what happened to Nate". Is he gone?

ok, I'll give you that.. now do you just respond without reading the original post or do you normally read the original post to see what the content is? The whole subject was about review/concerns/problems or issues with the T540xp climbing.. just asking, not trying to pull anything or be misleading... maybe next time I'll be more clear in the thread title.

cool, that's the kind of feedback I was looking for originally. Have you ran one or just from what you've read? Now, why do you think its overweight, meaning compared to what saws? Why do you think its overpriced? Its cheaper here locally than an MS201T...

Hey fuzz, I'm a non pro homeowner too.. I used to climb years ago with spikes when I worked tree service. I've gotten back into climbing the last couple summers and trying to learn to climb a rope without gaffs. have ya ever been in a tree? its awesome as heck being 50-80' up dropping a chunk down! talk about adrenaline.

Not sure who nate is, but sounds like he got banned, so its ok for you to call me him? i'm confused. is that an insult, again?

    I doubt he was banned.

He got his feeling hurt easy. He hollered and yelled at people who just pointed out things he said. He would jump on people sometimes bit could not take it if he was. Sometimes.

I havent seen him much since he toasted his 360 come to think about it. Many simply asked if he tuned it. And he got mad when folks said it sounded like the tune on it was bad. Maybe that wasnt why he left. I am not sure??

Then there was the heated debate over a certain 660 many members will remember. :)

I dont think he was a bad guy just a bit defensive at times.

so how does one yell and scream at people over a keyboard? I'm being serious. Maybe people are taking things I say the wrong way. I don't yell and scream, especially over a computer screen or phone...

You can tell by the way he is typing and saying. Some use capitols. Some not.

You seem to be very good at articulating your point and not going crazy on us. Augie is another one who is good. He can get into some heated debates, he states his point and why he thinks what he wants. May be wrong in my opinion sometimes and or not make sense but it seems as if we were there face to face we would talking in a normal debate.

His stuff seemed like he would be jumping up and down yelling at you and telling you how you did not know anything.

ok cool, I surely hope I don't come across like that.. I'll leave before jumping up and down yelling at a stupid puter. Theres more important things in life to worry about than arguing on the internet about chainsaws.

That's a scary pic. And most of us that own top handles would probably admit that we've put ourselves in situations that could have ended similarly.

I bought my 200t from a climber that had replaced it with an AT540. He missed the power of the 200t. Side by side they seemed remarkably similar in handling. The 200 seemed to spool up slightly quicker. Of course, I was just pizz revving them on the ground.

I'm anxious to see what Huskys next gen top handle is like. They seem to have closed the gap. Stihl better hit it out of the park with the new M-tronic or Husky will likely hand then their azz.
