Welcome to the forum green horn.

That is a lot of wood to buck up every year. I have to guess you are a bit younger than I. :tree: :axe:

Many may ask, is that true cords or face cords? Also, what type of wood do you have there? Do you do anything special to dry the wood before delivery? And what equipment do you use? Any extra help? And why am I so full of questions? Just are... So pull up a chair and make yourself at home.

A very nice splitter you have almost bought one, I started with the tw-p1 but when the tw-p1 couldn't keep up I had a friend build a splitter with a 22 gpm - 2 stage pump and a hydraulic log lift for less than $3,100.00 (call me cheap spent at lot of time at the scrap yard but that's what I paid for the tw-p1 new) I followed Timberwolfs specs for the tw-5 but the largest motor I could find at a reasonable price was a used 16 hp ($175) The tw-5 has about a 25 hp (389 cc) motor. Now I run both and yes 40 full cords is a lot of wood but with that machine it goes quickly once the wood is bucked to size. I processed about 34 cord this past year and it's all sold I ran outlast week, wish I had more time I know I could sell 50 full cord in a heartbeat.
