Best Look is the Brand. The color? Don't remember the names? I can post a pic of there "Recipe"? The floor was done TWICE! ! They messed up and mixed a Latex for the floor. I never checked it. Until it was finished! Started to move wood downstairs and the sliding of a Rubber maid Tote was tearing up the paint!! Finally looked at the can!

Here was the original color (Wife picked it).

I picked the 2nd (darker color to match stove). Painted the 30 - NO Honey Glo Brown this Summer and made a convection deck for the top of it :) Works great!

Who hasnt done something like this. 6 years ago, I got the motorcycle out of winter slumber, charged and installed the battery, checked things over and fired her up. Idled fine but as soon as throttle was given with a load on the engine, it would sputter and quit. Injected, so no carb; Power Commander inline to adjust fuel. Definitely seemed electrical relating to fuel control somewhere-I spent a week and a half trying to figure this out, checking anything electrical. Someone mentioned it sounded ground related, but I checked the grounds many times. Well after removing the battery for the 3rd time (which is a PIA on this bike where all wiring is located) I was really thinking control module, injector, or Power Commander issue when I finally noticed a lone unconnected wire that had tucked itself under the tank. Guess what color it was...yup Black.

All that went through my head was Bill Engval saying- "Here's your sign"

I was going to tell the story of my buddy, who took his newly purchased used Honda apart almost completely because it he didn't know about the kickstand switch. If you're not in neutral it won't start. Harley's don't have a switch, and he had never owned a Honda previously.

My "most embarassing moment" along these lines was lawnmower related. Last summer I went to cut the grass and the mower wouldn't start. Not even a click from the starter. Battery was fine. I pulled the starter, bench tested it and it tested good. Put it back on and still nothing. The grass hadn't been cut in a couple weeks so I went into "rig mode". I grabbed the jumper cables, put negative on the motor, hooked positive to the starter and the engine turned over.

And so did the blades. At some point I engaged the electric clutch for the blades, and the mower won't start with the clutch engaged. Undid my rig, turned off the blade clutch and it started right up. About 90 minutes of my life gone....

Buddy of mine has a Kawi Nomad that he calls the Harley taxi as he has given many rides to his buddies when their Harleys have broken down mid ride :D

I believe the Tribal Council will have to take this matter at hand. I am putting you in for a forfeiture of 15 "Man-Points" and also you will have to foot the bill for a night of beer, wings, and cheeseburgers. All those in favor say "Yeah". We all make mistakes but a hopper lid?

I had the same experience with the kickstand....I used to pick up almost new BMW's at their factory repair facility in NJ. The manager just laughed when I told him a bike wouldn't start.
