OK… so I'm one of the last to start burning for the season. Today I made a deal with my local dealer and traded my St. Croix corn burner for some pellets… loaded up one ton and headed home on the backroads… No… my truck isn't overloaded… it's an optical illusion
Naw.. it's an old step. I had to swallow my softwood pride and I bought Uncle Jed's "southern hardwoods"… come from Tennessee. I used a few bags a couple years ago before they started using their own UJ's label… worked OK. Since I'm working on a slim budget I decided they would be fine. I'll snap a picture of the label later tonite.
stole those off of my neighbors Honda… Here's my new "go to" pellet… poverty ain't what it's cracked up to be... Since the bag is biodegradeable does that mean I can't buy in qty. and store these for five years? I'm thinking I'd have pellets but no bags!
