Working on another room in the house, dining, and bathroom done now moving onto the stove room. Pics from when we first bought it to where it is now. Updates include windows, insulation, electric, drywall, stone, stove, and a lot of paint. Still need to add crown molding, finish floor and trim. Worked on electric outlets tonight, and still need to get the light/fan hung.
Insulation and electric then drywall. I hired out the electric bc it bites me every time. I put outlets in today and got shocked
Nice job upgrading the electric and insulating, but even better keeping the character of the house with the moldings.

All the new trim trim and base will be original style. I took a few pieces into the lumber shop and they will be making a knife to make exact pieces. Since the trim was already painted white I'll be using poplar and painting it.
Yes we left those in place, scraped and painted them. I don't see those around here at all. And I'm in Real Estate so I see a lot of houses. We left the French windows in place and put a new window outside of them to look like a storm window.
