    I'm working the actual holiday so we're making the meal today. As cold as it is out should provide me with a nice warm overstuffed belly.
    Into the Big Easy, 12lb bird, mixture of creole butter and Benoit's rub.

    Today I'm giving thanks for a well planned stack of dry seasoned oak, lazy dogs that love me(and the wood heat), and a GF that allows me to put up with her:rofl: :lol:
    Bird is done, waiting on some butternut squash cubes roasting in the oven.
