Just filled the stove. House was warming up. I checked the outside temp, 38° & climbing. Was just mid 20s 1/2 time of the Sunday night game. 1-1/2 hours over 15° temperature increase. (23° to 39°) Back to the stove, set the stat lower, fan off. May have to open a door for a bit. Forecasting "Freezing rain " . YUK ! 39° now
That's a good thing. Always better to be warm then cold . I don't like that freezing rain big PIA when on the road ..be safe if u have to drive....
Freezing rain sucks big time. I'll be like the NASCAR pit crews if it does. I 'll have to put the wife's stud's on early in the morning.
Keep warm.......freezing rain is the worst. We had heavy sleet for awhile last night, but thankfully temps rose slightly enough that the rain did not freeze anywhere. The drive into work should be ok
That's amazing Dave. This morning it got to 31 degrees but the temperature fell all day. Had snow squalls too. Now the temperature is 20. Might be a bit nippy in the morning.
It is 25 degrees now and headed to 13 degrees tonight with a high tomorrow of 24. If this keeps up I am headed to Alaska for the warm weather.
