    that makes a difference... I figured with rounds that large on the trailer you had use to some kind of machinery, hence why I didn't know why you'd noodle them.. lol. I wish my splitter went vertical. half the reason I won't use it because its too hard to get the rounds up to it, and its too much of a pain to use the tractor by yourself.

    Those rounds weigh much more than 100 #''s.

    I'd have to haul the splitter to the tree on those .
    Maybe they're straight grained & will pop with a maul.
    But my back would shut down if I even thought about moving them.
    Not sure I could flip them so I could roll them out of the way.
    Be awesome to have that nice looking wood , & oak to boot :) :)

    all split with a maul and a fiskars, only the crotches were put on the splitter
