    Light rain started earlier, and has stopped. I hope it holds off and doesn't make things too wet. I want to have some fun with the saw today. I have that Maple I still have not cut up yet. And some standing dead pine that would be easy pickings to stack on the porch for use in the spring shoulder season.

    Took my son car shopping today ,best when they are closed have 5 potential cars lined up done all my web searching so we know what we are willing to pay:) We'll see what tomorrow brings it's Veterans Day and he is a Vet we better get a sweet deal:cool:

    Wife cooked a roast beast last night for dinner with carrots, tatoes, onions, and green beans. Good stuff. But today, all that stuff in the crock pot together with the meat cubed up small made a fantastic stew!

    A little more rain today. I did get to go buy a ton of pellets and get them inside the camp though. Did some relaxing today, sitting in the front room at the camp and reading the paper and spending a little time on the internet while enjoying the pellet stove cranking heat on us. :fire:

    Cold, rain, wet, now dark. Yuk. Didn't bother getting dressed today. Did a few hours per diem for the hospital, then on the internet, nap, now dinner time. Wife made a nice hardy soup.
    Dogs are restless. They didn't go for a playtime today.

    The wife asked me two years ago to install a railing on the back steps well with winter coming on I had exactly one 8ft deck board, one 2*4 treated and 6 concrete lags. This is actually very strong.:)
