im looking for free hard wood
logs downed trees thick limbs split wood

im in the lebanon,pa area


i realy like cuting up wood with my chain saw and spliting it by hand with weges
gas spliter cost to much

i also like going camping and making a nice roing camp fire

Do you have enough wood to heat your home this season?

 

Check the local landfill, call local tree services. Put an advertisement is the local newspaper?

 

My brother makes a habbit of asking people who live in the country if they want their groves cleaned up. I talk about firewood all the time and so I get a lot of people I know asking me to take down problem trees. And I freauent what is known as the wood dump-- area owned by the city where people can put yard waste, trimmed branches and even whole trees. His is where most of my wood has come from.

Keep checking and checking never stop checking.

 

Might want to check local farms if you can, I know a few people who have scored some nice elm because the owners didn't want to take the time to knock down standing dead trees.

 

I haven't even looked Ray. Since I'm laid up for 2 weeks I might look but I still can't touch

 

double hernia operation on friday morning. No lifting anything heavy for 2 weeks.

 

Get well soon. Last time i checked Sam Adams were pretty easy to lift.

 

Good post Blue and funny you say that. I just wet out for lunch with my son and had a Sam. I'm off the pain meds so it's ok to tip em again
