I really dislike the recent trend in auctions of the buyer premiums. To me it is a slap in the face. In fact when I see that I no longer even bother. If the auction house needs that kind of income then they are not doing the proper job for the customer in the first place by placing minimum starting bids. On this auction they even state that this not an absolute auction and if bids do not meet minimum expectations the whole thing is null and void, all this after you have invested $175000 just to bid. They are trumping up the building with x amount of improvements ect. More like minimum upgrades to meet various local codes. The only real value here is the 8+ aces of industrial land, which I'm sure is taxed to the hilt. The does not say if the property & equipment is lender owned- another glitch. Lot more information needed before even starting to consider...........
