I have a pretty nice and clean Husq 385xp for sale (or trade ) It starts, runs, oils, idles, etc as it should. Runs as an 80 cc class should. I have a video that is uploading shortly. Saw comes with 20" Bar and chain. Both are usable, but not in Minty shape. I had a 28" bar for it, but worked a deal with someone today. Saw has a hair over 150 psi and the piston and cylinder are in great shape. One pic is of piston at TDC (see piston and machine marks) and the other is at BDC (can see intake side of cylinder and transfer port). The rear handle on most of these older saws looks like this. I was told it was a see through tank (you can see through it) and that is why it is colored the way it is. Over time, they got dark. Any other questions, please feel free to ask. Looking to get $550 obo shipped to your door (lower 48). Also open to trades? Whatcha got Here are a few pics of the internals, compression, and bottom. Saw pics in next post.
I was going to ask if you ran the saw Kenis, bc I was certain you would keep it once you ran it. 385s are awesome saws and can be made into Monsters with a trip to Cuddle Ln.
I'm busy... Calm down.. Now, because both of you hassled me? I expect PM's with offers For those timing it? It's about 3 seconds. And I brought my glasses. But forgot to put them on.. 385xp:
The muffler is 100% stock and this holds this saw up a lot. I know a simple muff mod, will get some good gains. But I would rather be asked by the buyer to preform one (free) or them do it themselves. Either way. Steven, it runs good. Really good. I am just a Creamsicle man..
The rear handles on these (and numerous other sass of this Era) are known for getting dark like this. The see through tank was a hit when they were new. But over the years, they slowly darkened. The 390XP tank fits on the 385xp and there is numerous tanks out there for pretty cheap. One on eBay for $50 now.
Now, because both of you hassled me? I expect PM's with offers I made you plenty of offers in the last few days.
