    That looks bad. But it does have one not so bad characteristic, Tree of Heaven is one of its preferred hosts.

    Sounds like bad news

    The quarantine is weird though. People in that area can't travel outside of it in their vehicles if they aren't stored indoors? Sounds like BS to me. Good luck enforcing that...
