    Junk may have been a poor word choice, but I've yet to see a novice at sharpening turn out a good job on a Stihl sharpener. Most guys I know seem to make their saw cut worse, then they get frustrated and take their chains somewhere to have professionally sharpened. The roller guides are simple for a newbie to use.

    I like it & don't hand file anymore. Worth the money. Or maybe I just wasn't as good a "hand filer" (for the past 30 yrs.) as I thought! :rofl: :lol:

    If you're interested, I'll send you mine to try. It works well. I have a few extra cutters and 25/35° bushings, too.

    I don't think I'll be using it anymore, after getting a bench grinder.
