Quick question, any time I use my splitter on a slight slope where the splitter is sloped towards the hydraulic tank cap it will spit hydraulic fluid out of the top of the fill cap (vent). It does this on even a very slight slope. Does this happen for others and if so is their anything that can be don to fix that issue?

My splitter does the same. I just make sure that side is up hill.

Ive never noticed this before, and have been on slopes like you explained. Maybe I need to pay better attention. Probably time to check fluid level.

When I got my splitter the fluid was a little low so I added 2 gal.
Probably over filled it a bit.

It's probably just a bit over full but that shouldn't hurt anything. Just messy.
