And I thought the stove lift during the install was pretty cool.

That's a nice system I have a similar AVR and it also has the Audyssey MultEQ XT ...man what a great way to get the speakers set to the room. I used to have a Pioneer Elite and they have their own system.. but it doesn't hold a candle to the Audyssey.

I worked on that project for a full year, finnally finished on Saturday, had Sunday to enjoy it, and then Monday left for Germany for work where I'm posting fromnow. Can't wait to get home and lite the bitch up! ;)

It's only shoulder season, two small splits dying in the stove, and already it is the most popular place in the house...

Had the doors off putting gaskets in. Someday I'll get a stove with glass so I can see the fire like this. Putting cultured stone on all three walls this winter.

Here are a few pics of my T6 and my wood door onto the hearth that I took after finishing the wood door. If you are loading the wood through the door it is about chest high when you are standing outside. We stack that section of the hearth full of wood and it's about enough for one week in the dead of winter.

VERY cool! Love that....! Here's a suggestion for you, I'll be doing the same thing, for the same reason. Put a plexiglass or clear acrylic piece on the wall on the side of the door to protect it from wood dings/maring. I'm going to cut a piece out behind my wood rack, otherwise it needs painted every 3 days.

    -9° F this AM.
After an all night burn, cranked to high for a few hours to max out the heat & make room for more wood.
Going thru 2 loads per day at these temps.
