I was asking some questions in the square filing thread and Dex offered to give me a file so I could learn to square file. I misunderstood him and thought he was going to give me a chain but he said he might have a chain. I told him don't worry about the chain I would be happy with a file. He insisted on giving me a chain. He told me to just pay it forward. So today I got my new 20'' loop of Stihl RSL chain and a file. I wanted to share this story with you guys. I think it says a lot about the kind of person Dex is. Thanks again for the file and chain. I already had to try the chain out

Kenis (DexterDay) is one of my closest friends along with Randy (Mastermind) and Clint (Cgraham1). Those 3 guys embody everything I believe a "good man" is.
Ah shucks guys.. Just brought a tear to my eye... Literally "Do unto others" has always been the way I tried to live my life. Plus, I know you all would do the same for me. It's what you do for friends. I've learned a lot from all of you. Just trying to do my part and pay it back. That's why I asked him to do the same.
I knew I was missing out on meeting Him and the rest of group at the resent GTG (had to do the work thing) One can tell just from reading posts the qualities in people and I feel I missed out on that day.
Dexter is a great guy and friend, he has given a lot to me with all he has helped me out with and given me. He is ways willing to help. Guys like him and many others in here are what makes this such a great place.
