Lookin for opinions. Thinkin on gittin rid of old .22. Have got out of hunting and sold all my guns but the 22. I can't shoot it hardly due to lack of shells. Is shell shortage getting better or should I get rid of something that I can hardly use any way?

I would hold on to it. Might want to teach a youngster to shot one day.

I don't handle guns, but I would hang onto one if I did. I've had ground hogs etc that I would have dispatched had I had a gun available.

I might wonder if guns will be harder to get someday than ammo? I vote for keep.

No reason not to keep it. Even if you dont shoot it anymore, you might want to pull it out someday.
The .22 cal ammo seems to be slowly improving, along with some of the other harder to find ammo.

A .22 is always a handy thing to have around the house. I'm not into remodeling projects as much as I was years ago but I won't sell my hammer;)
