As a Veteran, I Look Forward To... Every veteran has a story, a goal, a memory, or something that keeps them moving forward. I'm starting a new project on VAhelp.US called "As a Veteran, I Look Forward To..." where veterans can share positive thoughts, experiences, hopes, and encouragement for others. These stories will be featured by state and displayed in a rotating banner so veterans can read not only contributions from their own state, but from veterans across the country as well. Whether it's spending time with family, helping fellow veterans, enjoying a quiet morning by the woodpile, fishing, hunting, traveling, volunteering, or simply appreciating another day, your story may inspire someone else. If you would like to contribute, simply finish this sentence: "As a Veteran, I look forward to..." Let's build something positive that veterans from every state can enjoy and learn from. I think the Firewood Hoarders crowd would especially connect if you add a little woodsman flavor, such as: "Whether it's cutting next year's firewood, spending time with family, helping a neighbor, or enjoying a peaceful sunrise with a cup of coffee, we'd love to hear your story."
Truckaa I will forward to my big sister as she remains active with veterans causes even though retired
