Finished planting plots last night, had the .22 rifle with us on the SxS, we rode to check on the feeder, caught the 6 piglets in another field...hit one but didn't get a clean shot......want them gone but not suffering...
Well, maybe the pig medicine has arrived. Picked it up yesterday... 5.56 with thermal scope. Once approved, it will have an attachment on the end...
Nice, that should do nicely for hogs, raccoons, armadillos or any other unwanted late night visitors. What breed of thermal did you acquire ? You still have to go thru the all the BS hoops in GA for a muffler ? Or waiting on approval from mama ? I slipped off to the local shop the the other day & got one for my 400 Legend. I figured they would be sold out but they still had about 60 on hand. They said that they were selling like hotcakes though. They had a couple of folks in the range trying out their new mufflers on some full auto units. It was pretty interesting. Anyhow, walk in with funds & walk out with a muffler in hand. Pretty nice. Looking forward to some photos of how you mount it on that Kubota.
Here's the box. Haven't had time to do much with it yet. My dealer is very knowledgeable and showed us several ones, scopes and mufflers. He showed us the ones that he sells the most and which would be the quietest in our price range. Had to fill out the ATF forms, that's all. At least we don't have to pay the tax anymore and approval is way faster.
