Afternoon all. Well we are finally back home. Came home to cool wet weather and a Blue Jay loss

Today is unpacking the trailer and laundry. Fortunately the rain has let up so it is just overcast.

    Everyone have a great afternoon.

    Good morning, members.

Rainy morning. No complaints. 61⁰/80⁰ humidity builds to tropical levels. Yuk

I'll be taking mom for a scheduled echo cardiogram. Dr says it's just time for an update.

The road build worker bees will be here again, I'm sure.

    Be safe
    Be healthy

Good morning,ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. 73⁰/97⁰ clear. Another 6PM-6AM night down, one more to go. Another busy morning today, we need to get a full cord of dry oak loaded on dump trailer and delivered, then if we have time, get our 54" ZT mower to the shop, it died when Miz Carol was cutting grass...I think it's one of the safety switches, has plenty of battery power, but doesn't even try to crank. Nap time later, 1 more night to work.

Mine did the same thing a month ago...I replaced all the safety switches, battery, fuses & it turns out it was the brake switch. Who knew there is a brake switch. LOL

    Good morning.

    75/100 ..... just sad.

Planning to assemble the trusses today, might get em put up.... but probably won't on account of the reject weather.

    Have a blessed day everybody!

It appears our hot spell is near the end.

I was surprised this morning to see 2 does and 2 fawns. Now normally here that would be unusual because we normally see more. But something bad has happened here in that it appears we lost most of our deer herd over the last month. Really sad.

Yesterday I found only 1 deer track. This is strange but I have an idea as to why but won't post that stuff here. However, all those deer who weren't afraid of me... Now if I go in back on either golf cart or tractor, I see no deer and very, very few tracks. As some know, we have a large area with open sand. Usually there are so many tracks it looks like a barnyard. The last 3 times I looked there I saw no new tracks. That has never happened here.

Morning all. Overcast and drippy here. I think we will get off and on sprinkles all day.

Laundry almost done. We just have a duvet still to go. I am still finding things I left in the trailer.
Watched most of the Blue Jays win last night. We missed the last inning as we have to leave to get to prayer meeting on time.
Bookkeeping and cleaning the church is on the agenda for today but we will take time to see the Blue Jays win again today. - maybe?

    Everyone have a great day.
