So instead of doing wood; did some house repairs
Dropped a window bath and tiled IMG_1461.jpeg

a few years ago septic backed up.. talk about chit luck.. so gutted basement 20x40 and insulated
The washer and dryer are now in a echo chamber and if you lived under a flight path or next to a railroad that’s what it sounded like

so a laundry room insulated with Rocksol sound deadening I can still hear it on spin cycle but you don’t have to call someone back on phone
    IMG_1462.jpeg

An upper cabinet on each side with a bar between for girls when they arrive

Mike we have met, trying to be diplomatic, I bought a house out of foreclosure, in short if it worked, I left it alone… Busy enough fixing things that broke. I built houses condos and remodeled apartments, my beautiful bride did most of the painting.. every unit was “better than our house!”

my response was yes dear BUT notice they are not being lived in.. one of New Year’s resolutions was if we not moving let’s go one project a year..

My response to I want a kitchen was 50 grand to spend and outside kitchen first as no food delivery in this town and if we go out to eat 6 x a week week that’s 10 grand more…

window above that bridal bush .. I hope bush makes it
