    What would you try to sell a 3 year old Osburn Matrix 2700 insert for? I’ll pull it out before they tear the house down and try to get some cash back. I think they are over $4k new right now just for the fireplace.

    I started at $2500. Not in a huge hurry to sell. It can wait in the barn until it cools off a bit. Need the space more than anything.

    You likely won't get much interest until September or so...unless your ad finds the forward thinking Ant.
    $2500 is probably a good place to start...can always come down...
