    Murky and muggy. 68⁰/83⁰ humid. Chance of a shower this afternoon .

    My rain gage indicated an inch of rain fell yesterday. It's helpful, but more is needed.

    I'd like to go on a morning walk. Will assess once the dun is up.

    Lunch with a friend.

    The RedSox were rained out last night. They'll try for #15 in a row this afternoon .

    Morning all, We Got HAMMERED last evening with Boomer storms and rain, started around 8pm and went into the early morning on and off but we got some much needed rain! Here come the Mosquitoes now with standing water... :picard:

    Good evening, ya'll. Hope ya'll have had a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. It's currently 79⁰ and cloudy here. Wow, almost missed 2 days. The mornings have been a bit busy. Had to take a mower in to the shop and then do a tree job yesterday, this morning early, I fixed my neighbor, Mike, saw. Different bar and had to make 2 chains for it. Left about 8AM to take grandson to Dr appointment. Got back after lunch, loaded up some logs a friend wants sawn and took them to the mill.

    A cool front came through late yesterday. Nice air. 60⁰/82⁰ much lower humidity.

    I'll be dealing with some things in the yard.

    Well, the RedSox tied a team record of 15 wins in a row. Then lost last night. Hopefully, they'll start a new win streak tomorrow.

    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. Goat Town Weather Channel says it's 72⁰, heading towards 94⁰, partly cloudy. We're actually taking the day off...:eek::eek:...picking up our friends, the Souters, and going to Savannah for the day. Tall ship, Ellisa, arrived. Hope we can get a tour or at least some good pictures. Walk around the historic district and eat dinner at a nice steakhouse before heading home this evening.

    Good morning everyone. It's a WONDERFUL temp out this morning, 68º and humidity is down to 58%. :banana: Coolest it's been in months. High today is gonna be about 78º here on the shore. I shut the A/C off for the first time since Father's day.

    Morning all. Overcast with wildfire smoke today and warm. System supposed to move in, cool down and help with the smoke.

    The two dogs on our morning walk discovered bunny rabbits. Fortunately I saw them first and was able to stay out of the way. They also discover bunny poop candy. Good thing they have all their shots and flea/tick meds.

    Up early to catch a ferry to the mainland.

    I'll be making firewood this morning. Splitting and stacking RO. Probably get a little trigger time cutting limb wood to length.

    G morning :coffee: Trying to finish laundry room for the wife but a buddy stopped by and we removed 4o year old window (wood framed) from bath room. Here in 80s you could put windows in bathroom for humidity control. Which is dumb because I never opened a window at 20 below to let humidity out.
    Anyway the window sill plate wasn’t rotted at all:yes:

    so ice and water and covered it back up with siding
