I was at my Stihl/Husqvarna Dealer this afternoon grabbing some parts. They had a 564XP in stock, so I held it, that's a really nice feeling saw! NYH1.
They didn't have prices on any of their new saws, just their used ones. I'm not in the market for a new saw right now so I didn't bother to ask. I'll ask the next time I stop by though. NYH1.
I’ve never owned a Husky, always been a Stihl guy, recently added a few Echo saws. I’d be up for trying one.
Same here, though no Echos owned or used. I've come close to buying an Echo 4910 as it has a cult following.
It's been a minute since I've been on the forum. Despite some of the initial growing pains (filter and hot start issue), I ordered a 564XP two days ago from HL Supply. Surprisingly, they had them in stock and and I opted for the 5 year warranty. They were one of the only places I could find that had them in stock. Acme Tools has them in stock but their online store doesn't allow for the warranty extension. It also comes with new Husqvarna software that is supposed to help the hot start issue. I'm thinking the solution is a richer mapping.
Thats great. Your absence has been noticed. Great to see you again. Be sure to let us know how you like it. Hoard on and cut safe!
Semi local to me Home Depot still has at least one. I think they are getting pretty scarce now and the new model is taking over. Be sure to get the A2 designs filter upgrade.
