As was stated, not a whole lot of pics were taken, everyone was busy. There were multiple crews working at different locations. A bunch of guys were up on the mointain cutting, splitting, loading and hauling wood off, and our crew felled several huge tricky trees up on the silhouette pistol range which took a good portion of the day Saturday. Many showed up, but many regulars didn't this year. Understandable, but it is what it is.

As for uploading during the event, anyone that has been to the sportsman club where we have our GTG knows the service is horrible there. It's literally in a hollow up on the mountain.

Pictures will upload very easily simply by resizing them. One of the reasons our forums were crashing out so bad recently is because the files being uploaded here for years were huge and clogging up the server. We had to upgrade to a more expensive server and downsize the size of files we can take in. You don't have to crop your photos, just edit them by resizing them. If unsure how to do it, go to YouTube and watch a quick tutorial. Once you figure it out, you'll never have another issue with uploading pics here again.

There are quite a few pics uploaded on the GTG page, I'll get a link to it.

Thanks for explaining the issues with the site, both response time and upload restrictions.

I've been resizing and it works fine.

Site response has been fine for me.

    Thanks again, Scotty

Last year was the year of the cicadia. It was my 1st time with the noisy buzzing. It was constant, never mind them flying into you.

I take it, there was none of that this year. Just the sound of buzzing chainsaws.

I don't think there are any periodical cicadas this year.
Plenty of annual cicadas though. Every Summer. :-(
