    Dry morning. Wet afternoon. 59⁰/77⁰ Low humidity.

    I'll be cutting and splitting firewood this morning.

    I'll enjoy the rain later. Once it starts, it should rain for about 20hrs. A soakah, that is needed.

    Got back home yesterday afternoon. Had a good time at the GTG and made more new friends. Also got to see another who I had not seen for too long. Stayed with Redneck, thank you.

    The trip put another thousand miles on the car abut it was good. Only had 1 close call when one of those idiots who like to think they are on a race course and weave in and out... Almost took the front off my car but fortunately I saw it just in time to avoid that. Then he did the same to the guy he was trying to get around. Other than that all was well on the trip. It is still good to get home.

    Morning all. Fog this morning. It cleared off nicely yesterday so we got lawns mowed and I did a bit of chipping.
    Late in the evening, there was a forest fire reported not far from town. It got hit hard and is now under control. Closest we have ever had one.
    It is going to be a hot dry summer here I think.

    Chores today. I think we are mowing the lawn at the church when the sun comes out and dries out the grass. Maybe get some sewing time in. Stranger things have happened.

    I enjoyed the pics on the GTG thread. Sounds like everyone was very busy.

    Good afternoon, ya'll. Hope ya'll are having a MARVELOUS MONDAY. 84⁰/89⁰ mostly cloudy here at SanWar campground. Cooked us some breakfast and got more ribs of the smoker. Waiting on our son and family to get here later...Just a peaceful day.
