    The splitter has helped me with getting rounds I wouldn’t have attempted in the past. It really makes life easier and I’m a big fan of splitting vertically.

    Today, I hit some Oak, Maple, Cherry and some mystery wood. I’m all caught up, so it’s time to source more!

    If this is the mystery wood you’re referring to, it’s bigtooth aspen. One of my top 3 favorite shoulder season woods.
