It's a little fancy and expensive tor my liking, but I do like the style of the house. Garage is okay too.

Google is mistaken, 2013 was the last year. Getting awfully hard to get that configuration in a half ton.

Oh, that truck is a 6.5' bed. But still a great truck.

I'll accept a shortbed in a half ton. But if I'm buying a 3/4 ton or bigger, I'd insist on a longbed.

 

It's crazy how much individual states control gas prices. Here in Michigan, $4.19. 10 miles away in Indiana, $3.17.

That is 2-3 person kitchen easy. that aisle is wider than it looks and probably at least 4' wide. Assuming the stove is 33" wide (as mine is). They didn't do any favors by orienting the flooring in that direction, and it is too dark with those cabinets. It is at least 2.5 times the size of my kitchen if not 3x. I'm not sure I could actually get my cook stove out of it without taking out counters (I measured and technically I could).

Since I only have 1 bathroom, that extra one is great. Even I have to admit that wall is a bit close to the throne (and wouldn't pass inspection here). But for those nights where you've had a bit much to drink, it would be handy for leaning on
