A CS-680 was offered by an OPE dealer that I trust for $200. Resistance was truly futile. It comes with a 20" bar & decent full chisel chain. It's a slow saw to start, like my CS-4600. It's heavy! I'll probably get a 28" bar for it & hope it's not too pokey. The upside is it will be good exercise. 20260506_170741.jpg

Hard to beat a great deal when one has CAD. Sounds like steal at that price.

Not being fully versed on Echo is that considered a pro model saw and how many CC's?

Yes, it's by the majority considered a pro saw; it's all metal! I believe its a 67cc engine.

The addiction is going into remission with the arrival of a Holzfforma G466 with a 36" b&c. It seems very powerful, but never having run a Stihl MS46x it's hard to know what to expect. It cuts big 30"+ wood faster than my CS-620P! Pics to follow

Nice thick bar on those echo saws.

Does the oiler button just add to the normal stream or is it push button only like the old saws?

Oiling System: Features an automatic, adjustable oiler with a unique manual override that allows you to shoot extra oil into the cut, which is highly beneficial when running longer bars or cutting dry wood.

I meant handle bar, not chain bar. My husky clone has what feels like a skinny handle. Might be the way that huskies are, it's my first.
