Does anyone know the approximate cost of buying a replacement convection fan for the Auburn stove? or can you replace the bearings in it?

Should be able to replace bearings if it has them. Some only use the bushings anf the fasco's aren't replaceable.
Post some details like a pic of the motor tag/label. I'll see what I can find.

608SS is the common bearing number for the motors and can be had at Napa or other auto part stores. FYI

This stove is about 30 miles away and I haven't seen it. It belongs to a customer who wants to sell it and upgrade. I know he removed the fan and lubed the bearings a couple of times but it didn't last. I was trying to figure a cost of replacing or repairing the motor and determining the stoves value. The fellow wanted to know what I thought it was worth but clearly the fan has to be replaced or repaired first. Never thought of it but I bet if I googled it I could find a approx. cost of a new motor .
