    38f heading to 65f today. It’s been a nice cool week here and not looking to warm up significantly in the near future.
    Going to our daughter’s home to help with their garden prep today, then a party for our youngest son’s 29th birthday.

    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SUPER SATURDAY. 57⁰ and steady soaking, much needed rain this morning. Our missions team is doing a project this morning in memory of a young man that grew up in our church. His mom started a program, MayDay... You Matter, for mental health, suicide awareness. Her son, enrolled in college a few years ago and took his life while there. We are giving out 30 envelopes with $10 and a letter to random people in town...(Walmart, laundry mat, restaurants) to show folks that they matter.
    Then nap later, 3 more nights to go.
    Remember the GOLDEN RULE

    Ice was formed overnight. It is a bit chilly outside.

    We have a young lad hunting turkeys here this morning. I do hope he gets one! His grandparents each got one here.

    Saw doctor yesterday and he was very happy to see the progress I'm enjoying with my back. But I do have to take it easy for a few days after the wood cutting and splitting. I will try to get the kindling stacked today. Now it is in the barn out of the rain but it will dry much faster out on the sand in the wind and sun...if we start getting sun again.
