40 headed to 60. I believe we are finished burning as well. Might light the oil a time or 2 to take the edge off the chill but doubtful. It's hoodie weather, which I love.

Yesterday was the First time in over 8 months that we’ve gotten any real moisture. And the temperature struggled to get to 40 if it made it at all. Cool and damp conditions caused Yesterday to be the first fire I’ve had in maybe two months. Hauled in a mix of spruce, pine, elm, and ash. The weather forecast shows that the stove is going to be used for a considerable portion of the coming week! I DONT CARE, LET IT RAIN!!!!!

38* last night. Wif is home til afternoon so I started a fire after I rolled out a little before six. Turned the heat pump on to heat to 66* where it will quickly be overrun by the wood stove. Wif got up to a toasty house and after breakfast we had our usual coffee and chat in front of the fire :coffee:. Doug Fir and a big chunk of Cherry producing the heat. Fire will be out by noon to avoid the "too hot to sleep"syndrome.
