It’s a high bar that very few achieve and some will die trying. 6 figures plus a govt check. Legendary
Seeing an entire winter's worth of my red oak disappear in a couple weeks time is not one of the highlights of my hoarding career, that's for sure. At least the guy I'm selling it to understands what he's getting, and appreciates it.
You could almost call it that. A woodpile is like money in the bank, when you're using it to keep the oil truck away as long as possible.
100 bundles. Haven't been able to supply him with any as my inventory of dry was too low. My other locals get smaller orders. He understood and waited. I wont sell underseasoned wood in bundles. Wood is mostly a mix of dead ash, dead maple, sugar maple, and split of cottonwood and/or tulip poplar. A regular customer brought him some wood the day before.
Thanks! Are there wood bundles for sale up there? A lot of the "factory" made ones that I see originate in Canada.
I see them at gas stations and whatnot, usually in a mesh bag similar to an onion sack. I have no idea where they're produced though.
Probably local. Ive though of using those but they don't stack well and are on the pricey side. Don't hold up well over time either. Seem to tear rather easily IME.
