    Good morning, members.

    A warm day. 58⁰/80⁰ chance of thunder later.

    It wasn't a good night sleeping. Too warm and muggy, plus the bandage on my head was a concern. It is what it is. Nap(s) on today's list.

    I finally gave the hummingbird feeders a bleach bath yesterday. I'll mix up some nectar and get them hung this morning. Migration maps show they've made it to Southern New England.

    Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. TWC says it's 57⁰ heading to 89⁰, clear. 1st night almost done, couple more to go. Plan to go grind 3 stumps for a sweet widow, she makes a :drool::drool::drool::drool:4 layer red velvet cake, has made us quite a few over the years and will never take a dime, time to repay that favor. See if anything can happen after that before nap time.

    Crazy night with storms. Phone alarm went off a couple times warning about tornados. Apparently one was sighted but these warnings are not particularly helpful. They just give warnings for the whole county rather than specific areas. And by the time the warnings came the storms were past us.

    I really feel for those in the flooding areas. One county has warnings out because every road in the county is under water and a couple dams ready to blow. One already has.

    It sometimes get tough when you gotta go. Maybe it should be anchored.

    I don't mind going in for a day here and there. Right now the grad excitement is building and as I still know most of the grads, I can connect with them. Their excitement is contagious.

    Morning all. Damp out and just above freezing. I think it is supposed to clear off later today.

    I woke up with a headache this morning. I must have slept in the wrong position. My left knee doesn't like me so it is hard to find a comfortable position to sleep in. Dogs like to lay up against someone so it is hard to turn over. If I get up and move around, aches and pains usually diminish.

    Really thought we were going to watch another defeat of the Blue Jays last night but victory was had in the jaws of defeat.

    Good morning everyone!
    Yesterday was an interesting day. I got lumber cutoffs enough to fill 3 garbage cans. Then I got a call that my brother(3 years younger) has to have open heart surgery. I'm fat and my heart checked out fine before my procedure. He's very thin and doesn't drink nearly as much beer as I do. I was shocked. My neighbor that spends winters in Florida is back and stopped in to see me. He's 2 years younger than me and can barely walk. He's getting a cortizone shot today. I guess my recovery/down time is minor and will end soon by comparison to what these guys are dealing with.
