Morning all. Overcast and grey with a wet lawn so we may get a few showers today. We have been blessed with a week of clear skies and warmer temps.

Unfortunately in our society, parents forgetting about their children happens. It has happened all through history. BUT the good news is that God doesn't forget us. We are written on the palms of his hands and enshrined in his heart. He knows the number of hairs on our heads and all the thoughts and dreams we have. His love for us is more than we can comprehend at times. Take time today to stop and meditate on the love that God has for you and thank him.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SUPER SATURDAY. It was mid 50's this morning, heading to mid 80's later, sunny. Another 6AM-6PM shift of cooking dirt......
We made some progress on the woodyard last evening/night, got some oak poles cut into rounds, ready for Blue Samson to process this evening.

Need to get a couple totes in rotation for the restaurant, then on to regular farwood.

I'll be moving some new splits to the woodyard. Maybe make more splits.

Well be going to an afternoon wake. The father of a family friend passed.

That city is about 60 or so miles form our house. We go there occasionally for Dr appointments

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SPECTACULAR SONDAY. It was 47⁰ this morning, heading towards mid 80's, sunny. Last day of 6AM-6PM shift this week, smooth day so far. May have a church board meeting this evening.
The woodpile above looks the same...as our son needed some help making a couple flower beds next to his house. Put the tiller on the tractor and plowed up the spots, then went down our field road and pushed 2 big brush piles we had hauled into the woods. While down there, went to back food plot and tried out the tiller on those pesky sweet gum trees, seems to do a good job.
Maybe the wood will get split tomorrow.

Morning all. Grey overcast with a few sprinkles of rain. Supposed to be sunny this afternoon. Yesterday turned out to be a sunny one.

Bookkeeping, chores, watch the Blue Jays lose again and I might get the grass cut this afternoon. Where the dogs have been racing around, the moss is all dug up. Great dethatching job they are doing.

Backwoods Savage Good to hear you have been able to get out and get things done that you like doing.

Off today, taking our oldest daughter out for her birthday breakfast this morning, she has to work this evening, hope to split some farwood, then going to Sam's Club for a few things this evening.
