new to the forum and pellet stoves.

just dropping in to say hello. i just got an old horizon eclipse pellet stove. in the process of hooking it up and getting ready the winter. i am looking for the install guide for the stove that shows clearance to combustibles if anyone has it. it would greatly appreciated.

Welcome! When you get that stove hooked up & running, post some burning pics....we LOVE pics!

PS If you bought that stove used, I highly recommend taking it apart outside, and clean every inch with compressed air, brushes, and a vacuum. Might need some replacement gaskets too.

 

Did you bring any beer?

 

great advise. i will definitely be taking it outside and cleaning it up. i did buy it used. i am having a problem with my town inspector tho. he wants the original install sheet that shows the clearance to combustibles before he issues me a permit to install the stove. what a pain!

 

i will post pictures of the install and pics of it burning when i get it all set up.
