    Where we hunt in central IL there are plenty of Osage orange trees. They don’t have cattle anymore, plenty of Osage orange fence posts in the ground along the fence lines.

    Interesting article but when it was talking about the thorns penetrating tires & being a nuisance, the picture that was shown was a Honey Locust tree.

    Osage is tough milling but seems to make good deck boards. I am not sure how it would work for furniture though.
